i am a juggalo but to know what one is you have to be one but i will explain all i can

The term derived from the Insane Clown Posse in the late 80's at the start of their career. It was mainly meant to define people who were to different ,like them, to be accepted in other social groups and they can socialize and relate to one another but with no offense to anyone else. A juggalo is fan not groupie of the Insane Clown Posse. It's more of a state of mind and a real juggalo never stereotypes him/herself just like the punks did in the 70's, but just like the punks, juggalos were misunderstood, manipulated and exploited in being something that they're not. A juggalo has nothing to do with ICP's music, style, or often times offensive lyrics. The deeper meaning of juggalo falls into category with originality. ICP calls themselves juggalos, they can possibly be a fan of their own music especially when the term was made up before they were big. Juggalos/lettes are way more than fans or groupies, they're a family. Just like other religions they follow a set of "rules". A juggalo/lette is not racist and never discriminates. They will NEVER put down another lo/lette and will be down for anything a member of the fam. suggests. A fan would go to a concert and freak when meeting shaggy and violent j, however a juggalo would treat them like a life-long friend. It's not about how long you've liked ICP, how old you are, or how much merchandise you have. A real juggalo knows they don't need "pycopathic records" music but still enjoys listening to it. They can and usually do like more than just the "horror core" that ICP, Twiztid, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, etc. have produced. They don't give a shit what people say/think but will defend themselves if nessesary. More importantly though once someone's "down with the clown" they're down for life!
